This is the website of the Jeff Stelling Fan Club. Jeff Stelling is a TV presenter, he works for Sky Sports, presenting thier football results programmes, Soccer Saturday and Soccer Special. Jeff is the one who keeps you posted with the results, whist Charlie Nicholas, Phil Thompson etc. ooh and ahh, at the TV screens that we, frustratingly, never get to see. | Jeff has guided us through celebration and relegation. He feels our joy and knows our pain. He also knows the name of that really obscure defender we have on loan from Motherwell who once scored a goal in extra time for East Fife. Or whatever. With his encyclopaedic knowledge of stats and his passion for the game, Jeff can make even the most complicated end of season relegation scenarios seem simple. Jeff knows that despite the money in the premiership, a nil nil draw between Rochdale and Grimsby can (sometimes) be more exciting than watching Manchester United or Arsenal, and way way more important (although not for Rochdale, they always finish mid table). Jeff brings football into our pubs and living rooms with a smile and quite often a crap joke. Jeff supports Hartlepool. (Well, no-ones perfect, not even Jeff.) | ||
